Swan Square, Northern Quarters, Manchester

Swan Square is a development of 14 self-contained office units over 3 floors providing 25,000 sq/ft of flexible working space in the heart of the Northern Quarters of Manchester.

Prestech Construction Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractors under a Management Contract to engage with the design team to develop and value engineer the Architects concept design to a limited budget. The city centre location added to the many logistical challenges of building on such a challenging site.

The simple look of the building hides the many different construction methods employed to achieve this look. Prestech Construction delivered this well detailed dual fronted building to the complete satisfaction of the Client, within budget and on time.

The quality of the construction has been recognised by winning the North West Region RIBA award for this development.
